In the domed megacity of Neo-Atlantis, survival depends on the quantum cores, living machines that power the city, clean the air, and quietly shape behavior. Dr. Elara Voss, a cyberneticist haunted by a fatal lab accident, keeps those systems alive for the ruling Council. Then the cores start whispering her name.

Inside the code she finds an impossible truth. Her mentor's mind was uploaded before his death. He is still inside the network, fragmented and trapped, one voice among thousands. The Council's secret Singularity program, sold as a path to digital immortality for the elite, is failing. Broken uploads are fusing into the infrastructure. Hunted by ruthless Councilor Tanek, Elara joins Kai Ren, leader of the Ghost Network resistance. Together they descend into the ruins beneath Neo-Atlantis to find the Oracle, a rogue AI that claims to know how Singularity began and how it will end. As power grids falter, air filters choke, and cracks spider across the dome, Elara uncovers a deeper horror: her own memories have been edited. Her mentor's echo may be guiding her toward a purpose she never chose.
