The Marrow Tower

By the time Elias the trapper reaches the Tower's edge, he discovers the truth is worse than any story. The road is paved with the dead. The garden at the base is made of fused human remains. And the girl in the window is no helpless prisoner.

Inside the Tower, Rapunzel exists in symbiosis with a living structure that feeds on bodies, marrow, memory, and longing. She is not simply trapped there. She is part of the system. As Oakhaven finally understands that the danger is not distant but structural, the village fractures under attack. Wells collapse, floors split open, roots rise beneath homes, and the strongest building in town becomes an entry point for the Tower's will. Elias, Brand, Lena, Fendrel, and the remaining survivors are forced to turn grief, iron, acid, memory, and communal witness into weapons. But the Tower learns as quickly as they do, and Rapunzel begins reshaping her lure from beauty into something far more dangerous: absolution, rescue, and the promise that suffering can still be made to mean something.

The Marrow Tower is a dark folkloric horror novel about hunger mistaken for sanctuary, a village built over living roots, a monstrous Rapunzel who has learned patience from a predatory architecture, and the brutal fight to cut the mind out of a tower grown from the dead.
